Mumbai: Renowned sports marketing entrepreneur Ravi Krishnan has officially announced the launch of Abler Sports and Entertainment (ASE), a global, IP and data-driven enterprise aimed at disrupting the traditional sports and entertainment model.

ASE’s launch comes at a pivotal moment as the global sports industry undergoes a shift towards convergence, digital transformation, and immersive fan engagement.

Backed by an advisory board with over 300 years of collective experience and global leaders from IMG, Bacardi, CSM, GroupM, ATP, and FIFA, ASE aims to deliver value by blending culture, content, and commerce.

“ASE is built to support ambitious rightsholders, brands, and talent that are underserved by incumbents,” said Ravi Krishnan, Founder & CEO. “With rising recognition of IP value, the growth of women’s sport, and the globalisation of Indian influence, ASE is uniquely positioned to deliver impact and innovation.”

Key Divisions of Abler Sports and Entertainment (ASE):

  • ASE Engage: Powered by Stepathlon, a fan engagement and data platform trusted by Manchester City, Gujarat Titans, and the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup
  • ASE Alive: Events & experiential marketing
  • ASE Advisory: Market entry, brand strategy, and capital raise support
  • ASE Partnerships: Strategic collaborations with brands, celebrities, and rights holders
  • ASE Media: Platform-native storytelling and non-live content
  • ASE Consumer: Merchandising and licensing

Even before launch, Abler Sports and Entertainment secured five international deals across its divisions. Among its flagship clients is Destination Sport Group (DSG), a global leader in sports travel, which is entering the Indian market in partnership with ASE.

“Ravi brings unmatched experience, a visionary approach, and a trusted global network. ASE is set to lead a new era in cross-border brand engagement,” said James Robinson, Global Business Development Director, DSG.

“Ravi is a compassionate and visionary leader, and ASE’s data-first approach to IP and engagement is precisely what this industry needs,” said Josh Liberman, Founding Partner at Lumir Ventures.

ASE’s mission is to “positively disrupt” the sports and entertainment landscape by creating scalable, culturally resonant solutions that bridge the analog and digital worlds, while aligning with evolving consumption and commerce trends shaped by AI and data.
